About FOIA Requests

The Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) is a federal law that gives you the right to access information from the federal government. At the West Suburban Consolidated Dispatch Center, we are committed to transparency and providing public access to information in accordance with applicable state and federal laws.

WSCDC is compliant with Part 725 of Title 83 of the Illinois Administrative Code and is authorized to operate a 9-1-1 Emergency Telephone Number System and promote the awareness of the system to all potential users.
